Most employees automatically join the Plan
You can choose to opt out, but you’ll be automatically re-enrolled every 3 years
New employees join the Plan automatically as long as they are aged between 22 and State Pension Age, and earn at least £10,000 a year. You can still join the Plan if you don’t fit into those categories – it just won’t happen automatically.
If you don’t want to be a member of the Plan, you can opt out but you would be automatically re-enrolled every three years. Find out more about opting out.
