When you do check you should think about:
What income you’ll want once you’ve retired.
At what age you can afford to retire
How long you’ll want your money to last.
If you’ve saved enough, and if not, how you can step up your savings before you retire.
If you’d like to pay more into your account through salary sacrifice, you can complete a Pension Changes form which you can find in the Library. You can make changes with effect from 1 April if you’re an ATS member and 1 October if you’re a Michelin member. Please note that Additional Voluntary Contributions (AVCs) paid via salary sacrifice must be being paid for a year before you can change them.
